To everyone who donated items, volunteered your time, gave financially, or shopped with Beyond Thrift — thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts.

Since June of last year, Beyond Thrift raised over $40,000, directly supporting our programs serving single moms (LifeHopeMoms), seniors (Be the Change for Seniors), and individuals with disabilities (Mercy Highway and Mephibo’s House).

This impact would not have been possible without your generosity. You have made a real and lasting difference in our community, and we are deeply grateful.

WHAT’S NEXT

As we continue to steward our mission with intentionality and build toward sustainability, we constantly evaluate how to best focus our time, resources, and efforts for the greatest impact.

At this time, we have made the decision to pause our thrift initiative—Beyond Thrift. While we believe a thrift initiative has a meaningful place in Mercy Road’s future, we also recognize that sustainable impact requires the right infrastructure, capacity, and timing. Given where we are as an organization and what it will take to do thrift right, we believe the most faithful step of stewardship is to wait for the right season to relaunch this initiative in a way that honors both our mission and the people we serve.

As part of this pause, we are no longer accepting donated items. If you have items you would still like to donate, we encourage you to connect with our trusted community partners:
